§ 11-217.   Effect on Other Regulations.
   The building regulations of the Department of Labor and Industry of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the protection from fire and panic shall take precedence over the provisions of this Part where they are applicable and more stringent. All other regulations of the Borough shall be complied with where they are applicable.
