§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating any provisions of §§ 93.03, 93.04 or 93.17 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine in an amount as set by the Town Council from time to time.
   (C)   Any person violating any provision of § 93.15 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of an amount as set by the Town Council from time to time.
