§ 93.04 UNOBSTRUCTED PASSAGE AND DRAINAGE REQUIREMENTS.
   No driveway or roadway shall be so constructed or maintained as to prevent free and unobstructed passage over, on or across it, or in any manner as to interfere with the proper drainage and safe grading of the street.
