§ 93.17 MAINTENANCE REQUIRED.
   No person shall allow a driveway culvert on land owned or occupied by such person to deteriorate or become filled or otherwise exist in such a manner that it does not allow normal runoff from rainfalls to flow through said culvert without passing over or onto a public way.
