The Town Council hereby recognizes the following exemptions to the park rules established in § 93.01.
(A) Exemptions to § 93.01(A):
(1) Anyone attending community events or anyone setting up for or cleaning up after a community event.
(2) Anyone attending a group function that has written authorization from the Park Board.
(B) Any employee of the town, Park Board, contractor under contract with the town or Park Board or any agent of the town or Park Board is exempt from § 93.02(B), (C), (H), (I) and (J) only when performing tasks and duties outlined by the terms of their employment or contract.
