The Town Council hereby establishes the following rules for use and conduct within the park facilities of the town.
(A) The park will be closed from dark to 8:00 a.m. with exceptions for community events or group functions with prior authorization from the Park Board.
(B) All vehicles must stay on the paved or stone surfaces only.
(C) No alcoholic beverages are allowed.
(D) No overnight camping without prior written approval from the Park Board.
(E) Any persons or groups using the park facilities are to remove all of their trash or other debris.
(F) No roller skates, skateboards or bicycles allowed in the shelters, on the stage or on the courts.
(G) No off-road vehicles, 3- and 4-wheelers, off-road motorcycles, snowmobiles and go-carts allowed in the park.
(H) No open flames without prior written approval from the Park Board.
(I) No personal fireworks.
(J) All noise must be kept to a level so as not to disturb the peace of adjacent property owners and fellow park users.
