8-12-5: PENALTY:

Any person violating any provision of section 8-12-1 of this chapter shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Any person violating section 8-12-4 of this chapter shall be fined not less than seventy five dollars ($75.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). (Ord. 0-17-04, 5-17-2004)
