8-12-4: PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY:
It is unlawful for a parent, legal guardian or other person to knowingly or negligently permit a person in his custody or control to violate section 8-12-1 of this chapter. (Ord. 0-17-04, 5-17-2004)
