6B-4-3: REVIEW BY PLAN COMMISSION:
The plat certified as set forth in Section 6B-4-2 of this Chapter, shall be reviewed by the Plan Commission and a report thereon shall be prepared and submitted to the City Council. (Ord. 0-09-74-A, 12-2-1974)
