This chapter shall be enforced by the town and any other designee at the direction of the Town Manager. Any user who is found to violate may be punished by a fine of not more than $250. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to, or in the alternative to a fine, water service may be terminated for any user who violates. The violation will fall under the jurisdiction of the Ordinance Violations Bureau (see § 31.03).
