(A) Ordinances and this code of ordinances’ provisions identified in the schedule in division (C) below shall be within the jurisdiction of the Bureau subject to the civil penalties listed to the right of each Bureau ordinance. For some Bureau ordinances, second and any additional violations, admissions or judgments of violations of that ordinance, occurring within 12 months of any other violation, admission or judgment of violation will be subject to a greater civil penalty.
(B) Where applicable, those greater penalties for second and additional violations and admissions or judgments are listed to the right of the penalty that applies to the first violation, admission or judgment of violation.
(C) For the following schedule, the ordinance or code of ordinances (“CO”) provisions are listed with their civil penalty:
(1) CO Title XIII, Chapter 130, Section 05, Smoking Prohibited in Municipal Buildings: $25/$50;
(2) CO Title IX, Chapter 93, Sections 02 to 99, General Provisions (prohibiting nuisances): $50/$100;
(3) CO Title IX, Chapter 93, Sections 35 to 46, Noise Regulations: $50;
(4) CO Title XIII, Chapter 130, Section 01 Open Alcoholic Beverage Containers: $25;
(5) CO Title IX, Chapter 90, Sections 20 to 25, Smoke Detectors: $50;
(6) CO Title IX, Chapter 91, Littering: $25;
(7) CO Title IX, Chapter 93, Sections 20 to 22, Outdoor Burning: $50;
(8) CO Title XI, Chapter 110, Transient Merchants; Solicitors: $50;
(9) CO Title VII, Chapter 71, Section 01, General Restricted Parking, and Chapter 74, Parking Schedules (for all citations for the violation of provisions on the stopping, standing and/or parking of vehicles except for those in Schedule VI): $20/$30 and $40 for a third and each additional violation thereafter within 12 months of any two preceding parking violation citations;
(10) CO Title XV, Chapter 150, Sections 25 to 31, Unsafe Buildings and Structures: $50/$100;
(11) CO Title IX, Chapter 94, sections 01 to 12, Construction, Reconstruction or Alteration (of streets, alleys, curbs and sidewalks): $25;
(12) CO Title VII, Chapter 74, Schedule VI, Handicapped Parking Spaces: $50/$75;
(13) CO Title IX, Chapter 95, Animals: $50/$100;
(14) CO Title IX, Chapter 92, Section 01, Operation of Businesses (in parks): $25;
(15) CO Title XV, Chapter 150, Section 06, Permits; Application; Fee (for failing to obtain a building permit): $50;
(16) CO Title XIII, Chapter 130, Section 04, Tampering with Fire Hydrants: $50.
