§ 97.32 PLACING INJURIOUS SUBSTANCES NEAR TREES.
   No person shall place or keep any stone, cement, or other physical or chemical substances around any tree within the limits of the public right-of-way, which in any manner impedes the free entrance of water or air to the roots of such tree or stunts its growth.
