§ 94.25 VARIANCES.

Variances from the requirements of §§ 94.21 though 94.24 of this chapter may be sought by petitioning the Board of Zoning Appeals using the procedures described in Section 18 of the Danville Zoning Ordinance. In deciding upon such a petition, the Board of Zoning Appeals shall apply the standards applicable to deciding on variances of development standards.
