The identification in § 31.03 of an ordinance or code provision as a Bureau ordinance does not precluded the town from taking other legal action to enforce the ordinance or code provision, in lieu of issuing a complaint under the authority of this chapter seeking the civil penalty prescribed by § 31.03, if the ordinance or code provision provides for other enforcement options, including, but not limited to injunctive relief and recovery of abatement costs or of damages.
