§ 90.21 APPLICABILITY TO ANIMALS OTHER THAN DOGS.
   The provisions of §§ 90.14 through 90.20, inclusive shall apply to all animals as well as dogs; and wherever the term "dog" is used, it shall be deemed to cover all animals, including, but not limited to, dogs.
