§ 74.139 PAYMENT OF FEES.
The clerk shall prescribe the time and method of payment of all appropriate fees authorized by §§ 74.126 through 74.138. The clerk may, at his discretion, establish credit accounts with billing to be made at intervals not exceeding one month. Failure to pay invoices in full within a period of 30 days after the billing date shall be sufficient cause for the clerk to withhold issuance of any further permits or credit to the individual, company, or subsidiary firm. The clerk is authorized to charge a service fee of $3 for a dishonored payment returned for any reason. All money received by the clerk under the provisions of this section shall be deposited in the road fund. No refund shall be made to the applicant following issuance of a permit if move is not completed.
