§ 73.017 BUS STOPS AND TAXICAB STANDS.
   (A)   The traffic engineer is required to recommend to the City Council, bus stops, curb truck-loading zones, taxicab stands, and stands for other passenger common-carrier motor vehicles on such public streets, in such places, and in such number as he shall determine to be of the greatest benefit and convenience to the public. Every approved bus stop, curb truck-loading zone, taxicab stand, or other stand shall be designated by appropriate signs.
   (B)   The driver of a bus or taxicab shall not park upon any street in any business district at any place other than at a bus stop or taxicab stand respectively, except that this provision shall not prevent the driver of any such vehicle from temporarily stopping in accordance with other stopping or parking regulations at any place for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading passengers.
   (C)   No person shall enter upon the Danville Mass Transit transfer facility at the northeast corner of Hazel and North Streets with a vehicle for any purpose whatsoever unless authorized by the Mass Transit Director.
