(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Whoever violates any provision of §§ 53.30 through 53.32 is guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor. Each and every day, or portion thereof, during which any violation of any of the provisions of §§ 53.30 through 53.32 is committed, continued to permitted shall be considered a separate offense.
