§ 151.52 EFFECTIVE DATE; BASE INFORMATION.

This chapter shall become effective on September 28, 2007 and the flood insurance rate maps (FIRMS) as compiled and dated effective September 28, 2007 are hereby adopted and shall serve as the base information for the enforcement of this chapter.
