The County Code Enforcement Administrator or his or her designee, as approved by the County Manager, hereinafter referred to as the “Floodplain Administrator”, is hereby appointed to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter for as long as an interlocal agreement is enforced between the town and the county for administration of this chapter. In the event that the interlocal agreement for enforcement is terminated, the Zoning Administrator for the town or his or her designee as approved by the Town Manager is hereby appointed to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter.
