Every junk dealer doing business in the town shall record, in a book kept for that purpose, a sufficient description of each article purchased by the dealer, together with the date of the purchaser and the name and residence of the seller. Every article so purchased shall remain at the place of business of the dealer, open to inspection for at least ten days before being moved or otherwise disposed of. No junk dealer shall purchase articles or junk from any minor, nor from any adult not known to be of good moral character. This section shall not apply to the purchase of old rubber and bones.

It shall be the duty of all junk dealers to admit the Chief of Police, or any police officer designated by him or her, into their places of business at any time admittance may be demanded to inspect their books and stocks of goods.

(A) (1) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(2) Violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500. Each day any provision of this chapter is in violation shall be a separate and distinct offense subject to the above penalty. In addition, the town specifically reserves the right to proceed in any court of competent jurisdiction for the purposes of obtaining an injunction, restraining order, or other appropriate remedy to compel compliance with §§ 110.01 through 110.10. The existence of this penalty is in addition to any and all provisions for business registration certificate revocation as detailed herein.
(B) (1) Violation of any of the provisions of § 110.21 by any person shall constitute a mis-demeanor and, upon conviction, a violator shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $50 or imprisoned for not more than 30 days.
(2) Each and every violation of § 110.21 shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.

b. Each massagist will have to obtain a privilege license and pay an annual privilege license, as prescribed by the Board of Aldermen.
10. If you application is disapproved, the applicant may appeal to the Board of Aldermen by filing written notice of the appeal with the Town Clerk within ten (10) days from the date of disapproval. Applicant must state reason for appeal.
