§ 110.39 RECORD OF PURCHASES REQUIRED; HOLDING PERIOD; SOME PURCHASES PROHIBITED; APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS.
   Every junk dealer doing business in the town shall record, in a book kept for that purpose, a sufficient description of each article purchased by the dealer, together with the date of the purchaser and the name and residence of the seller. Every article so purchased shall remain at the place of business of the dealer, open to inspection for at least ten days before being moved or otherwise disposed of. No junk dealer shall purchase articles or junk from any minor, nor from any adult not known to be of good moral character. This section shall not apply to the purchase of old rubber and bones.
