In this article:

(1) AGGRESSIVE DOG means a dog that on at least one occasion, while not legally restrained, killed or injured a legally restrained domestic animal or livestock.

(2) SECURE ENCLOSURE means a secure enclosure as defined by Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 822, Subchapter D, as amended. (Ord. Nos. 30901; 32843)
