1446.06 ACTION BY BUILDING COMMISSIONER.

If a decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals reverses or modifies a refusal, order or disallowance of the Building Commissioner, or varies the application of any provision of this Building and Housing Code, the Building Commissioner shall take action immediately in accordance with such decision.
