There shall be a fee for all point of sale inspections, which is hereby set at one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for a single-family home, two hundred dollars ($200.00) for a two-family home, two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for a three-family home and three hundred dollars ($300.00) for a four-plex.
