1442.10 WORK STARTED WITHOUT PERMIT.

Where work for which a permit is required by this Building and Housing Code is started prior to obtaining such permit, the fees required for such permit shall be doubled, but the payment of such double fee shall not relieve any person from fully complying with the provisions of this Building and Housing Code or any other law of the Village of the State.
