1442.05 DESIGN DATA.

Sufficient data to show the adequacy of the design shall be submitted when required by the Building Commissioner. He or she may require and accept an affidavit from a registered architect or registered professional engineer, stating that the design conforms to the provisions of this Building and Housing Code.
