1066.01 DESIGNATION OF GARDENS AS VILLAGE RECREATIONAL AREA; USAGE.

The Village property known as "Klima Gardens at Chapek Grove," situated at 4646 East 71st Street, shall be used primarily as a recreational area for the residents of the Village. Other groups or organizations may use Klima Gardens ("the property") only under the terms prescribed in this chapter.
