EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 1988-32, passed April 27, 1988, provides for the reimbursement of expenses by the County Board of Commissioners for the detention of County prisoners in the Cuyahoga Heights jail facility. Resolution 1996-94, passed June 26, 1996, authorized the Village to enter into an Agreement with the City of Bedford Heights for the use of its City Jail. Copies of this ordinance and resolution, and of the Agreement, may be obtained, at cost, from the Village Clerk.
