1062.05 POOL HOURS OF OPERATION AND SEASON.

The Mayor shall determine the dates upon which the swimming pool and facilities open and close for the season and the daily hours in which the swimming pool and facilities are open for use. The Mayor shall also have the authority to set policies regarding use of the swimming pool and facilities.
