Admission to the swimming pool and its facilities shall be limited to pool pass holders and their minor children and guests when accompanied by a pass holder. Bona fide residents of the Village and of the Cuyahoga Heights School District shall be eligible to receive a swimming pool season pass. A swimming pool pass must be shown to the cashier upon each entry into the facility.
