(a) Pursuant to Article I, Section 4, of the Village Charter and Ohio R.C. 5705.12, there is hereby established a special fund to be known as the Sewer User Charge Fund.
(b) All funds received from the Cleveland Regional Sewer District in the total sum of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000), as referred to in Article I, Section 4, of the Village Charter shall be deposited into the Fund and shall be used solely for the purposes set forth in the Charter.
(c) The Solicitor is hereby authorized to send a copy of this section to the Bureau of Inspection and Supervision of Public Office of the State of Ohio, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5705.12.
