EDITOR'S NOTE: Council authorizes agreements, from time to time, with various enterprises under the Urban Jobs and Enterprise Zone Program, which agreements provide for establishing, expanding, renovating or occupying facilities, hiring new employees and preserving jobs in enterprise zones, in exchange for specified local tax incentives. Copies of the latest relevant legislation may be obtained from the Village Clerk.
At the time of the preparation of these Codified Ordinances the following resolutions had authorized such agreements:
