886.01 DESIGNATION OF PART OF VILLAGE AS ZONE.

(a) The County is hereby authorized to include a portion of the Village, as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached to original Resolution 1995-128, passed September 27, 1995, in an enterprise zone.

(b) The Board of County Commissioners is hereby authorized to include this section in the petition to the Director of the Ohio Department of Development.
