331.44 DRIVING ON NARROW STREETS.
   (a)   No person shall operate a motor vehicle upon any street, driveway or any other premises accessible to vehicular traffic, except for purposes of ingress or egress, if such street, driveway or other premises is less than fifteen feet in width.
   (b)   The Director of Public Safety is authorized and directed to place such barricades and traffic control devices as he deems necessary to prevent such premises to be used by vehicular traffic except for ingress or egress.

   (c)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
