309.13 CONTENTS OF PERMIT.
   Each Parade or Public Assembly permit shall state the following information:
    (a)    Date of the Event and approximate starting and ending time;
    (b)    Type of event;
   (c)    Name, address, telephone number and facsimile transmission number of the Event Chairman;
    (d)    For Public Assemblies, the location of the event and the area to be occupied;
    (e)    For Parades, the maximum interval of space to be maintained between Parade units, minimum and maximum speed of Parade units; the maximum length of the Parade in miles or fractions thereof, and the portions of the streets that may be occupied by the Parade;
    (f)   Such other information or conditions as the Mayor, or his designee, shall find necessary to the enforcement of this chapter.
