309.06 FACILITY OR SERVICE FEES.

   If the application requires the use of any municipal facility or if any municipal services will be required for the Parade or Public Assembly, the applicant shall pay, prior to the issuance of a permit, the charges for those facilities and services in accordance with a schedule of costs approved by the Director of Public Service.
