171.01 REIMBURSEMENT FOR COSTS OF CONFINEMENT.

   (a)   Any person convicted of any ordinance of the City of Cuyahoga Falls for which conviction the person is required to serve time in either the Cuyahoga Falls Jail or the Summit County Jail shall reimburse the City of Cuyahoga Falls for all expenses incurred by the City by reason of the confinement of said person in an amount determined by law.

   (b)   The Law Director is hereby authorized to institute appropriate legal action to recover from the convicted person the expenses of his confinement as determined by law.
