161.061 AGREEMENTS WITH OTHER MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS.

The Director of Finance shall have the authority to enter into an equitable agreement with municipal corporations for the distribution of the tax imposed on the salaries, wages, commissions or other compensation earned by residents or nonresidents of the City employed within and beyond the corporate limits of the City.
