159.05 OPERATION.

The Citizen Housing Advisory Board shall choose from its own body, its own officers, make its own rules and regulations and keep a journal of its proceedings. A majority of the members shall be a quorum for the transaction of business. Unless otherwise provided by its own rules and regulations, a majority of the quorum shall be necessary to take any action for which a vote is required.
