159.02 MEMBERS; TERM.

   The Citizen Housing Advisory Board as herein created shall consist of the following members: the Director of Industrial and Community Development, the Human Resources Coordinator, the Chief Housing Code Enforcement Officer, a representative from City Council and six electors of the City who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council. The six members appointed by the Mayor shall serve for a term of four years. Each member shall be subject to removal by the Mayor for good cause. In the event that a vacancy shall occur during the term of any member who is an elector, his successor shall be appointed by the Mayor for the unexpired portion of the term. In the event that a vacancy shall occur during the term of any member who holds a position on the Board because of his position with the City, the Board position shall be filled by the successor to his position with the City. In the event that a vacancy shall occur during the term of the representative from City Council, the Mayor shall appoint another Council member to the Board for the balance of the term.
