149.12 DISTRIBUTION OF CODE OF ETHICS.

   The Clerk of Council shall cause a copy of Chapter 149 to be provided to every department head of the City within thirty (30) days after enactment of said ordinance. Department heads shall post a copy of Chapter 149 in their respective departments and shall provide a copy of same to any employee upon request. Each public official and employee elected, appointed or engaged thereafter, except seasonal employees, shall be provided a copy of Chapter 149 as part of the City's orientation process.
