142.02 MEMBERS; TERMS.
   The Land Preservation Commission as herein created shall consist of the following five members: a representative from the Planning Commission, a representative from the Parks and Recreation Board or staff, a representative from City Council, and two electors of the City appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council. The members appointed by the Mayor shall serve for a term of three years except that the term of one member appointed to the first Commission shall be for only two years. Each appointed member shall be subject to removal by the Mayor for good cause. In the event that a vacancy shall occur during the term of any member, his successor shall be appointed for the unexpired portion of the term.
