138.07 FEDERAL AID CONTRACTS.

The Division of Urban Renewal shall take all the necessary administrative steps to secure Federal aid in the financing of urban renewal project areas and to act as the representative of the City to the Federal government. Any contract with a Federal agency for loans, advances, grants or other Federal aid to the City shall be approved by the Director of Law as to form and legality, and after approval and authorization by ordinance of Council, shall be executed by the Mayor.
