138.01 DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRIAL AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AS AGENT.

The Department of Industrial and Community Development is hereby designated as the agent of the City for slum clearance and urban renewal, and redevelopment and conservation. All City departments shall cooperate and work together where necessary to prepare and carry out urban renewal plans. The functions of the Department as they relate to the Division of Urban Renewal, and standards and procedures for urban renewal and redevelopment, shall include the following as stated in this chapter.
