137.03 RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIRECTOR; REPORTS.

(a) The Director of Community Development shall be responsible to the Mayor and shall make detailed written and verbal quarterly reports to Council on the progress of his department in the areas of industrial, business, and urban renewal development. He shall also be responsible for the administration of the Divisions of Urban Renewal and Planning and represent the Department of Industrial and Community Development to the public, Council and the Mayor.

(b) In the absence of the Director the Mayor shall, or cause same to be done, make these quarterly reports. These quarterly reports shall be due each March, June, September and December.
