137.02 DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.

(a) There is created the position of Director of Community Development in the unclassified service, such Director to be appointed by and responsible to the Mayor.

(b) The Director of Community Development shall be responsible for the administration of the Divisions of Urban Renewal, Planning and the Department of Industrial and Community Development.
