131.02 MUTUAL AID TO OTHER SUBDIVISIONS.

   (a)    The Mayor, as the Director of Public Safety or, in his absence, the officer in charge of the City Fire Department, may authorize members of the Fire Department to go to the aid of other subdivisions for the purpose of providing emergency services.

   (b)    Any employee of the Fire Department, while working in another subdivision as authorized, retains all rights and benefits to which he would be entitled as if he were on duty within the City of Cuyahoga Falls.
