123.05 PAYMENT OF SEX OFFENSE EXAMINATIONS.

(a) The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to make payment to any hospital conducting a medical examination of a victim of an offense under Ohio R. C. 2907.02 to 2907.06 or 2907.12, which offense was committed in the City, such examination being conducted pursuant to Ohio R. C. 2907.28 and 2907. 29.

(b) The payment shall be made from moneys properly appropriated for such purpose, upon receipt of proper bills for the same from the hospital conducting the examination.
