123.03 DIVISION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES.

(a) There is hereby created the Division of Information Technology Services in the Department of Finance consisting of a Director and such other positions established by Council and/or collective bargaining agreements. In addition to other duties, the Director shall perform all functions of the Chief Technician.

(b) The Division of Information Technology Services shall perform the functions of dispatching, information services, data processing and technical services.
